I am the Momma Bear of a young man who has experienced many challenges in his life. My purpose in creating this blog is to help other individuals and families. I want to provide a place where answers to all their questions, even the really hard ones, can be found.

Whether you are brand-new parents to a bouncing baby with a disability, someone who has been on this journey for years, whether you are the person experiencing a disability or a caregiver, everyone deserves a safe and welcoming place where we can find the answers we are searching for.

How can I help?

More than once, I have felt that I had the ‘mushroom syndrome’. I have wished there was one place to access the information I needed to help me make difficult decisions regarding my son’s care. If you don’t know what you don’t know, how do you know what information, resources, or services you might be missing?
